TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VegaZone Casino GAMING OPERATIONS

1. DEFINITIONSIn these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

   • "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time.
   • "Company" means VegaZone Casino, a company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands.
   • "Games" means all games offered by the Company for play on its website or mobile application.
   • "User" means any person who uses the services provided by the Company.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy using the services provided by the Company, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, he/she should refrain from using the services provided by the Company.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONSThe User must be at least 18 years old to use the services provided by the Company. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age from any User and to refuse service to anyone who fails to provide such proof or appears to be under the age of 18.

4. GAMING RESPONSIBILITYThe User is responsible for their own gaming activities and must not allow anyone else to use their account. The User should only gamble with money that they can afford to lose.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATIONTo use the services provided by the Company, the User must register an account with the Company. The User must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account and must update this information if it changes.

6. GAME RULESThe rules of each Game are set out in a separate document, which can be accessed from the website or mobile application. The User should read these rules carefully before playing any Game.

7. BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe Company may offer bonuses to Users from time to time. These bonuses will be subject to their own terms and conditions, which shall be set out in a separate document.

8. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL POLICYAll deposits must be made using one of the payment methods accepted by the Company. The User can request a withdrawal of funds from their account at any time, but the Company may delay or refuse such a request if it is necessary to do so to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

9. WAGERING REQUIREMENTSThe Company may impose wagering requirements on bonuses and other forms of credit provided to Users. These requirements will be set out in a separate document.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIESThe User must not engage in any Prohibited Activities, which include but are not limited to:

    • Cheating or attempting to cheat in any Game.
    • Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage.
    • Using a third-party application or software to manipulate the outcome of any Game.

11. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTThe Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, without notice, if the User fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Body].

13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The User will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions, which will take effect immediately upon notification.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

15. WAIVERNo waiver by the Company of any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a waiver of any other breach.

16. SEVERABILITYIf any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. NOTICESAll notices given by either party to the other under this Agreement must be in writing and may be delivered personally or sent by email, with an immediate notice sent to the User's registered email address.

18. FORCE MAJEUREThe Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event, which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, pandemics, cyber attacks, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTIONAny disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Body].

20. GOVERNING LANGUAGEThe governing language of these Terms and Conditions is English, and all communications between the parties must be in English.

21. HEADINGSHeadings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

22. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSThese Terms and Conditions may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

24. WITNESSESThese Terms and Conditions are made without prejudice to the rights of any third party, who may have witnessed these Terms and Conditions being signed by both parties.

25. COUNTERPARTSThese Terms and Conditions may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
